Are You Having Trouble With a Coupon, Deal or Sale That Is Not Working?
Please read the suggestions listed below...
Having trouble with a listed sale, deal or discount? Please check the following:
1.) Expiration Date: Many coupons have a strict expiration date. If the coupon is not valid, the merchant will not accept it. In rare instances, coupons may still work after the expiration date, however; this is uncommon. If a coupon has expired, don't be discouraged. Many merchants offer monthly coupons, which require a new code at the beginning of a new month. Please check back often to stay abreast of these updates, or have them e-mailed directly to you in our convenient newsletter.
2.) Enter Code Correctly: Many coupons contain long codes. Please write down the code before exiting our site. Also, many zeroes (0) look like the letter (O).
2a.) Click the Activation Link and Do Not Enter a Coupon Code: Though many discounts and sales require a code, there are hundreds that do not. However, these coupons only become active once you click through the activation link provided by Shop at Home Sports. Clicking this activation link will bring you to that merchant's website and automatically apply that discount or sale to your order when you check out. The savings will appear on the checkout screen shortly before you finalize your purchase.
3.) Excluded Items: Many coupons have exclusions. Please carefully read the terms of conditions of each coupon before attempting to use. If you are unsure about the exclusions of specific coupons, we will be happy to provide them to you. Typical exclusions include brand and price (e.g: Not valid on Nike OR Valid only on items $24.99 and above), and can be found on the merchant's website.
